Transform your aspirations into achievable goals. This worksheet helps you evaluate your dreams, prioritize the ones that matter most, and create actionable steps to make them a reality.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Use this worksheet to review the dreams you’ve identified in the previous exercise.

  • Evaluate each dream based on its feasibility, importance, and alignment with your values.

  • Determine which dreams to prioritize, which to put on hold, and which to let go of.

  • Use the SMART framework to convert prioritized dreams into actionable goals.

  • Reflect on how these goals align with your life’s vision.

Part 1: Evaluate Your Dreams

Write down your dreams from the Your Dreams worksheet.

Step 2: Assess Each Dream

For each dream, answer the following questions:

  1. Why is this dream important to me?

  3. What impact would achieving this dream have on my life and others?

  4. What emotions does this dream evoke (excitement, fear, etc.)?

  5. Is this dream practical right now, or does it require significant resources or time?
