Uncover your accomplishments and take pride in your journey. Use this worksheet to reflect on your wins, big or small, and discover what they reveal about your strengths and growth.

INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Grab a pen and paper to answer each question thoughtfully.

  • Be honest and thorough—list every achievement that comes to mind, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant.

  • For each question, aim to identify 2–3 specific achievements.

  • Review your responses to find patterns or themes. Highlight the accomplishments you’re most proud of.

  • Finally, list your Top 8 Achievements on a separate sheet and reflect on what makes them meaningful.​​

  5. What’s a moment in your career when you felt you truly made a difference?

 

Academic and Learning Achievements
  1. What educational milestones have you reached (e.g., degrees, certifications, courses)?

  2. What skills or knowledge have you gained that you’re proud of?

  3. Have you ever taught or shared knowledge with others? What was the result?

  4. What’s a learning goal you achieved that required dedication and effort?

  5. What’s a creative or intellectual achievement that stands out in your life?

 

Achievements in Relationships
  1. How have you strengthened or improved your relationships with loved ones?

  2. What’s an act of kindness or support you provided that made a lasting impact?

  3. How have you contributed to building a positive community or team?
