My Challenges Worksheet

What is holding you back from reaching your full potential? Discover your real challenges with the questions below!

INSTRUCTIONS:

•    Grab a pen and paper to answer these questions. Be honest and write down whatever comes to mind, no matter how small or unimportant it might seem.
•    Aim to identify at least 2–3 challenges for each question.
•    If your challenge feels vague, ask yourself: What is truly at the root of this? What situations or habits contribute to this?
•    Wrap up by identifying recurring themes or patterns in your answers. Highlight the most pressing challenges that demand your attention.
•    Finally, list your Top 5 Challenges on a separate piece of paper. Feel free to add one or challenges if you believe they are prominent but not in the Top 5 list.  Reflect on how you can start addressing them.
