Health priorities Worksheet
What does health mean to you, and how can you prioritize it? Discover your health priorities with the questions below!
INSTRUCTIONS:

-
Grab a pen and paper to answer these questions honestly. Write down your thoughts, no matter how big or small they might seem.
-
Aim for at least 3 strengths or responses to each question.
-
If your answer feels unclear, ask yourself: "Why is this important to me?", "What changes would improve my overall well-being?"
-
If your answer is not a strength ask, "What strength could lie underneath this?" or "What qualities helped me achieve this?"
-
Wrap up by identifying recurring themes or areas needing attention.
-
Finally, list your Top 5 Health Priorities on a separate piece of paper and create a plan to address them. Feel free to add one or two health priorities which are important to you, even if they're not in your top 5.
