Nandha Sath Niyog

Her expertise extends to trauma healing, behavior analysis, and the correlation of addiction patterns, with her work in these areas published in several academic journals. She has presented her findings at various conferences, highlighting her contributions to the field.

Her journey has been shaped by a deep passion for education and behavioral psychology. She began her career as an educator, where she developed a strong foundation in curriculum design and educational strategies.

In addition to her professional work, she has volunteered with the ADAPT Society for the intellectually challenged, providing tutoring, mentoring, and advocacy. This experience has deepened her understanding of diverse needs within communities and reinforced her commitment to making a meaningful impact.

Her unique blend of experience as an educator, researcher, and leader allows her to approach challenges with a holistic perspective, ensuring that the solutions she helps create are both innovative and practically applicable.

At AIIA, she contributed to the development of an innovative digital platform that provides 24-hour chat and therapy support for individuals dealing with mental health issues. Her responsibilities included designing customized online therapy sessions, developing content for the platform, and leading research on behavior modification and patterns. She played a key role in the organization’s early stages, driving the creation of analytical modules and case studies to enhance the platform’s effectiveness.

She also facilitated training and development programs, focusing on team collaboration and professional ethics, and scheduled social awareness initiatives across various categories. Her work involved collecting data for behavior design tools and ensuring that the approach remained user-centric and effective.

In this role, she leveraged her expertise in behavior analytics, entrepreneurship, and app development to support the platform’s growth and impact. Her technical skills include keystroke dynamics, case study analysis, and tool design management, while her leadership and ability to operate in high-pressure environments ensured the successful execution of the organization’s mission.

As the designer of a behavioral tool for OORJHAH - PANCHENDRIYA SAMANUAYAM, she led the development and execution of a comprehensive sensory development training program, emphasizing Penta element sensory coordination through SWARANAADHASPARSHADHRISHTIJEEVANAM—an immersive journey into the meditative realms of voice, sound, touch, vision, and action.

A critical component of her role involved behavioral psychology-driven research and development (R&D), where she focused on designing and refining sensory tools and training modules. These modules were crafted to facilitate community integration by leveraging principles of behavioral conditioning, neuroplasticity, and cognitive restructuring. She meticulously developed training sessions for 150 individuals, ensuring that each daily 100-minute session utilized evidence-based practices to optimize sensory perception and cognitive-behavioral patterns.

Her approach integrated classical and operant conditioning techniques into product design, enabling participants to engage in vocal, visual, moving, and listening exercises aligned with holistic practices such as meditation, kriya yoga, folklore art (including traditional rhythmic dance and recitation), and mudra. These tools were conceptually tied to the expression of "bodham," fostering "swabhaavam" (behavioral consistency) by emphasizing "kriya" (action) as a dynamic process involving "chintha" (cognition as primary action), "bhaashanam" (communication as secondary), and "chalanam" (motion as tertiary).

Her R&D efforts were essential in ensuring that the sensory tools and modules were not only innovative but also grounded in behavioral psychology principles, contributing to meaningful behavior modification and the formation of new cognitive and emotional pathways.
