Part 2: Organize

Categorize Tasks for Clarity
Sort the tasks from your brainstorm into the following categories:
-
Important and Urgent
Tasks that require immediate attention and are critical to achieving your goals. Do these first. Include them in tomorrow's, To-Do List. -
Important but Not Urgent
Tasks that are key to long-term success but don’t have immediate deadlines. Schedule these tasks. Plan for coming days, or weeks as per the importance and time available. -
Urgent but Not Important
Tasks that need attention but don't significantly impact your goals. Delegate or minimize them. Include them in tomorrow's To-Do List. -
Not Urgent and Not Important
Tasks that neither contribute to your goals nor require urgency. Eliminate or postpone these.

Part 3: Refining Your Focus

Now that you’ve categorized your tasks in the Matrix, it's time to focus on what truly matters for tomorrow.
-
Start by reviewing the Important and Urgent and Important but Not Urgent sections of your matrix.

From these two categories, select the 6 most impactful tasks that align with your goals and priorities.
